Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, utensils, and condiments. Serve breakfast items to guests while ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Communicate effectively with guests to address any inquiries or concerns regarding the breakfast offerings. Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure quality service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food items. Utilize Aloha POS or OpenTable systems for order processing when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques. Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using kitchen tools including knives for food preparation.
