Assistant Manager Trainee Coffee Corral | Floral City, FL Coffee Corral is looking for someone who wants more than "just a barista job." We're searching for an experienced, dependable leader to join our team and train into an Assistant Manager role. You'll begin by learning every aspect of our café from the ground up—just like every member of our team—but you'll also be coached and developed to help lead daily operations. This position is ideal for someone with previous leadership, restaurant, coffee shop, or hospitality management experience who enjoys fast-paced environments and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiences. We're looking for someone who: Has previous leadership or management experience (restaurant, coffee shop, hospitality, or similar) Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Has excellent time management and organizational skills Is dependable, responsible, and leads by example Communicates professionally with both customers and teammates Naturally creates a welcoming, hospitality-first atmosphere Can prioritize multiple responsibilities without becoming overwhelmed Is coachable and eager to continue learning Is available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Responsibilities include: Learning all barista and café operations Leading shifts and supporting team members Assisting with opening and closing procedures Helping maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency Coaching and encouraging fellow team members Delivering outstanding customer service with every guest interaction Helping ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked café This position is NOT ideal for someone who: Is looking for a temporary or seasonal job Has little or no work experience Wants to only make coffee Struggles with multitasking or working under pressure Is frequently late or unreliable If you're someone who enjoys leading people, takes ownership of your work, and wants to grow into a management role, we'd love to meet you. Pay $16+ (based on experience) PLUS earnings from participating in our generous in-house tip sharing.
