Our Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable and organized Food Service Director Assistant to join our Dietary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about providing excellent service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Food Service Director with daily dietary operations Support meal service and ensure resident satisfaction Help supervise dietary staff and maintain schedules Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and health regulations Assist with inventory, ordering, and supply management Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas Step into leadership responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred Long Term Care/Nursing Home experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Team-oriented with a positive attitude Must be reliable and flexible with scheduling

Schedule & Benefits:
