Duties Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck, including food handling, bussing, and sanitation procedures Manage time effectively during busy service hours to ensure quick turnaround times and smooth operations Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring food safety compliance throughout shifts Experience Prior experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for retail math tasks Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in retail or grocery stores can be beneficial for understanding product presentation and inventory management Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced service environments efficiently Embark on an exciting journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
