SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a motivated and hard-working fine dining Station Attendant/Catering attendant who is able to work a flexible Full time schedule in Meriden, NH. This fun team creates amazing meals from scratch that are tailored to make our community happy and healthy! Our catering business is booming and we are looking for a new team member to come on board to become an integral part of our increasingly busy catering operation as well as working in our servery. A catering server ensures high-quality service at events by setting up tables, passing appetizers, serving plated meals or buffets, and clearing tables. They interact with guests to take drink orders, refill beverages, and meet special dietary needs. A Line Server is responsible for efficiently portioning and serving food in cafeterias, buffets, or quick-service restaurants, ensuring high-quality, safe, and friendly customer service. Key duties include maintaining station cleanliness, restocking food items, managing flow, and adhering to health and safety regulations, with or without previous experience.

Properly set up a buffet or serving station, and lift and carry heavy equipment, trays, and dishes. Practice food safety, sanitation practices, and procedures. Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing. Clean all work areas and guest service areas on an ongoing basis. Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies. Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station. Creativity and attention to detail to set up tables, linens, and chairs in an appealing manner. Professional appearance and attitude to represent the Team positively. Excellent communication skills to interact with SAGE Team Members and guests. Flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
