ABOUT THE LEMON ROOM
The Lemon Room is an ingredient-driven cocktail lounge and small-plate restaurant in Wilson, NY. We're a little polished, a little playful and always focused on making people feel welcome. Our menu is seasonal, thoughtful and designed to pair beautifully with our cocktails. We care about good ingredients, warm hospitality and the small details that turn a night out into something memorable.
ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll welcome guests, help them get comfortable, run food, clear tables, maintain glassware, restock the bar and support the overall flow of service. The Lemon Room uses a hybrid service model: guests can order from their table using our QR system or place their order at the bar. We don't have traditional table servers, but we still provide thoughtful, attentive hospitality throughout the guest's visit. The ideal candidate has previous serving experience and already understands how to read a room, anticipate guest needs and recognize what needs attention. Experience as a server, bartender, host, barback or busser is strongly preferred. This is an active, hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting with guests but is equally willing to wash glasses, clear tables, restock supplies and step in wherever service needs support.
