Overview We are a 52‑room hotel transitioning to Sleep Inn by Choice Hotels and seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Weekend Breakfast Attendant . This role is responsible for independently managing the breakfast area: setting up all items before service, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels throughout the morning, assisting guests, and completing full breakdown and cleanup at the end of service. Breakfast hours are 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM . Should arrive by 5:30 am to prep and be done by 10:30. No cooking or food sales are required. Responsibilities Arrive on time and prepare the full breakfast setup (waffle station, hot items, pastries, breads, fruit, coffee, juice, etc.) Maintain proper stock levels and presentation throughout service Provide friendly, professional assistance to guests as needed Keep the breakfast area clean, including tables, counters, floors, and equipment Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management/front desk Complete full cleanup and closing procedures at the end of breakfast Requirements Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable with early morning weekend shifts Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Professional and courteous with guests Ability to stand, lift light items, and maintain a tidy workspace Prior food experience helpful.
