Qualifications At least one year of management experience or two years of supervisory or team lead experience Strong leadership, communication, coaching and guest-service skills Ability to lead large seasonal teams and handle staff call-outs or service problems calmly Ability to work every weekend during the operating season Basic computer proficiency Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform active work throughout the day Reliable transportation Restaurant, hospitality, catering, concessions, event food service, commercial kitchen, inventory and seasonal-team experience are preferred.
