We work exclusively with The Springs Weddings and Event venues around the Greater Dallas Area, catering to clients for their weddings, anniversaries, quinceañeras, corporate events, and more! Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and has experience in leadership. Requirements Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks. Professional appearance and demeanor. Positive attitude and teamwork skills. Professional customer service, attentiveness, and communication skills. Extreme attention to detail and quality. Quick learner and ability to follow verbal directions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexible availability as wedding and event seasons fluctuate throughout the year. Most events occur on weekends, though occasionally we have weekday events as well. Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to ALL of The Springs Event Venues in the Dallas area: Denton, McKinney, White Sparrow, Waxahachie, Weatherford, Alvarado, Arlington, Rockwall, and Valley View. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be comfortable standing for the entire shift. Responsibilities Supervise banquet staff and ensure that all service standards are met during events. Manage the event teams through the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices. Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations, providing a high level of hospitality. Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude toward guests, coworkers, and management. Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Present in professional appearance and mannerisms. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in all areas. Collaborate with event planners to ensure all client needs are met. Qualifications Food Handlers Certification Minimum Food/Catering service experience of 1-3 years preferred but not required.
