Job Summary The Lighthouse Inn at Aransas Bay is looking for a dedicated and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. This position involves preparing hot breakfast items, maintaining the buffet area, cleaning the kitchen and dining space, and ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Cook and prepare daily breakfast items (sausage, eggs, waffles, etc.) Set up and maintain the self-serve buffet area Greet and assist guests with breakfast needs Clean and sanitize tables, counters, dishes, and kitchen equipment Wash dishes and utensils throughout the morning Follow food safety and sanitation standards Restock food and beverage items as needed Keep kitchen and breakfast area organized and clean Report inventory needs or maintenance issues to management Qualifications Prior experience in food service, hotel breakfast, or kitchen help is preferred Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable and punctual Able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive pay Employee discounts Friendly team environment Opportunity for advancement in hospitality Schedule Morning shifts: ~5:30 AM - 12:00 PM Weekends and holidays required How to Apply Submit your application directly through Indeed or email your resume to thelighthouseinnrockport@gmail.com.
