YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. During Banquet Set Up, you will set up all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment for banquet space following set-up diagrams provided.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

Maintain proper uniform; clean and free of excessive wrinkles Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed Follow health and safety practices at all times Respond promptly to any guest request Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success During set up, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event Once banquet is complete all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment to put back in storage and re-set for next event according to directions on BEO or given by manager Work areas must be cleaned and wiped down and all side duties must be completed before punching out for your shift GHG24

Requirements:

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

You are 16 years or older Have refined verbal and written communication skills You are able to keep up with a fast paced environment You are able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance You are able to stand and/or walk entire shift You are available nights and weekends
