Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant, from 6am to 11am, 6 days a week, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a welcoming and enjoyable start to our guests' day. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of breakfast items, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring food safety standards are rigorously followed. Your friendly demeanor and proactive approach will help deliver an exceptional guest experience, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast offerings, including hot and cold items, ensuring presentation is appealing and quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food handling, storage, and replenishment to ensure freshness and safety throughout service hours Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and efficiently Follow manual handling guidelines when lifting or moving heavy items such as supplies or equipment Uphold food safety management practices by adhering to hygiene protocols and dietary guidelines when serving guests Assist with cleaning duties including dishwashing, mopping, surface sanitizing, and waste disposal to maintain a hygienic environment Collaborate with team members during catering or banquet events to ensure smooth service delivery Experience No experience necessary Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations required Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as coffee makers, warmers, or toasters preferred Customer service experience demonstrating friendly communication skills in person or over the phone Ability to handle weight safely in the workplace during setup or cleanup activities This position is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
