Job Summary Best Western Plus is looking for a dynamic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a welcoming breakfast environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional in-person customer service. Your enthusiasm will help guests start their day on a positive note, making their stay enjoyable and comfortable. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, attractive, and ready for guest service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food handling, including replenishing items throughout service hours Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Breakdown service areas, put away food and service items, clean after breakfast hours are done for the day Follow food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations Engage with guests courteously, providing friendly customer service and addressing any inquiries or needs promptly Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred although not required - we are willing to train the person with a positive attitude! Familiarity with food safety procedures and sanitizing protocols is preferred for maintaining hygiene standards Customer service background is a must! Friendly faces only please!
