- Experienced Butcher working in a Grocery store Great Giant Join our team! We are looking for a dependable, experienced Butcher to join our growing operation.

Position:

Full-Time or Part Time Butcher Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, and portion beef, pork, poultry, and other meats Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Operate meat cutting equipment safely Rotate inventory and minimize product waste Follow all food safety, HACCP, and sanitation procedures Assist with receiving and stocking products as needed

Qualifications:

Previous butcher or meat cutter experience required Knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Dependable with excellent attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented with a positive attitude
