As a Meat Cutter, you will engage in cutting, trimming, and preparing various cuts of meat to meet customer specifications. What You'll Do:

Cut, trim, and portion meat according to customer specifications Ensure accuracy and precision in cutting to maintain quality standards Assist with inventory management and stocking of meat products Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
