The Produce and Floral Department Manager is responsible for leading the Produce and Floral departments.

Responsibilities include:

managing the team, managing inventory, pricing product, merchandising, ordering, reworking product, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation of merchandise and building of displays, maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting customers with locating items, providing a high level of customer service, and performing other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Ability to work up to eight hours per day
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, and multiply
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to reach and stock items up to six feet high
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to operate stock dollies and box cutters
• Ability to pull or push pallet jacks with significant weight
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers
• Produce, perishable or food service management experience is a plus
