Job Description
Our Meat Cutters are at the center of the action during service. This position is responsible for slicing and portioning our smoked meats, building orders, and helping keep the production line moving quickly and accurately.
We re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays calm under pressure, communicates well with the team, and pays attention to the details. Meat Cutters also help prepare the station for service, assist with order production, and keep their workspace clean, organized, and ready to go.
Some previous kitchen or knife experience is preferred, but BBQ experience is not required. We can teach you how to properly cut and portion brisket, ribs, and the rest of our menu. What we re looking for most is someone dependable, coachable, efficient, and willing to take ownership of an important role on our team.
