Part-time Butcher Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Butcher to join our food prep kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic final meat cuts and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers early morning or early afternoon shifts, perfect for those seeking flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cut meats according to specified standards and recipes. Ensure all meat products are handled safely and stored properly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and tools. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in meat cutting or food preparation preferred. Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in food handling. Ability to work early mornings or early afternoons. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Must have current Food Handler's Permit and I-9 compliable.
