Duties Deal poker games accurately and efficiently, following established house procedures and game rules Maintain the integrity of each game by enforcing house policies and ensuring fair play Manage table operations, including handling chips, cash, and betting procedures with precision Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously Monitor game activity for compliance with regulatory requirements and resolve any disputes or conflicts promptly Conduct routine checks of table accessories and ensure all equipment is in proper working order Follow all operations regulatory compliance guidelines to uphold legal standards and safety protocols Skills Strong conflict management abilities to handle disputes calmly and effectively Previous experience working in a casino environment or dealing casino table games such as poker, blackjack. Deep understanding of poker game integrity rules and regulatory compliance standards Proficiency in dealing poker.
