The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for sushi and a willingness to learn about Japanese cuisine. The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience preparing sushi, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of both taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. Responsibilities:
