The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the restaurant industry, a passion for food preparation, and strong customer service skills. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task effectively, take direction well, and work in a busy restaurant environment. We are looking for someone who is motivated and can quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles, and then create innovative solutions to any problems.

Responsibilities:

Follow health and safety regulations. Prepare ingredients for cooking. Cook meals according to recipes. Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and consistency. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Keep up with current culinary trends. Communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure food is served in a timely manner.
