$18-23 per hour, based on experience
Position:
Full-time or Part-time We are looking for an experienced and dependable Sushi Maker to join our supermarket sushi team. Responsibilities
  • Prepare sushi rice, sushi rolls, nigiri, and other sushi products.
  • Prepare ingredients, cut fish, and maintain proper portion sizes.
  • Prepare and package sushi products efficiently.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature-control, and product
  • labeling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean workstation and check product freshness.
  • Work independently and maintain consistent product quality.
  • Previous sushi-making experience required.
  • Supermarket sushi counter experience preferred.
  • Good knife skills and knowledge of sushi rice preparation.
  • Able to work efficiently and independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to follow food safety procedures and work schedules. We Offer
  • $18-23 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Full-time or part-time scheduling.
