Job Description

Responsibilities:

Ensure consistent and high quality food preparation Adhere to guidelines to ensure efficient, safe and sanitary food production, preparation and presentation Ability to be ServSafe Certified Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, and appearance standards Ability to multitask and assist with the management of the daily kitchen operations Active member of a team environment

Hours:

Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm and occasional Saturday morning/afternoon for catering With over 20 years in the catering business, Mario's Catering , located in Berlin, specializes in satisfying all breakfast, lunch, and dinner catering needs, no matter how big or small. We also serve an institutional cafeteria for over 500 employees. Our polite and friendly staff will work with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
