Line Cook/Sous Chef for immediate hire to work in fast-paced

EXTREMELY BUSY

restaurant in New Canaan.

FULL TIME

Tuesday through Sunday, day time hours. Usually done by 5pm. Preferably looking for someone who is bilingual (English & Spanish) but MUST be able to read English. Must be able to multi-task, familiar with cooking breakfast/brunch/lunch items (including eggs). Duties include coordinating/overseeing salad station orders and prep station. Please have own transportation or able to take local train. Pay based on experience.
