We are seeking an individual with at least a year of experience to support our sushi team. This is a full-time position with benefits. Competitive pay based on experience. The position will require weekends, some holidays and open availability preferred. We are seeking individuals that are familiar with quality knife skills, Japanese preparation, plating and design. Responsibilities Strive for quality food, quality service in a clean and maintained environment Work with an attention to detail in a timely manner according to our standards Maintain a safe and sanitary work station Meet food standards and follow guidelines set forth by the state of Florida Monitor inventory and manage food stock Manage food prep activities to ensure a successful shift Follow all policies and procedures of our Employee Handbook Report to General Manager & Head Chef Qualifications Must have an open availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen Have a team player mentality Must be able to stand for a long period of time and lift heavy objects You are also welcome to apply in person, Monday-Friday, 2:00-4:00pm.
