Love cooking but tired of the restaurant grind? An established catering and events company is hiring a Banquet Chef to lead the kitchen for weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations. What you'll do Prep and execute buffet and plated service for high-volume events Lead and schedule a small culinary team Handle inventory, ordering, and kitchen maintenance Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly Follow established recipes and quality standards Pitch in wherever needed — prep, cooking, dish, cleaning What we're looking for 3+ years in a lead culinary role or high-volume production Experience running a small team with an eye on food and labor cost Consistency — you can execute a recipe program precisely, event after event ServSafe Manager certified or able to obtain Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred Also good to know Weekends, nights, and holidays required Physical role: lifting, standing for long periods, banquet set-up and tear-down What we offer Competitive pay plus bonus plan Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match If you are a dedicated and talented Chef with a passion for creating extraordinary dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.
