Job Description
We're a nationally recognized craft brewery in Lake Zurich making Detroit-style, Chicago Tavern-style, and New York-style pizza and we take it as seriously as our beer. We're looking for a Pizza Chef who wants to be part of building something special.
Three styles, one kitchen, all from scratch. Detroit-style baked in steel pans with Wisconsin brick cheese, thin-cut Chicago tavern on a cracker crust, classic New York folds if you've worked with any of these, we want to talk. If you're passionate and skilled and want to learn, we'll teach you.
This isn't a corporate kitchen. We're a neighborhood taproom where everyone pushes in the same direction. You'll work directly with our head chef on a focused, from-scratch menu where the craft actually matters.
What you'll do: Craft and cook Detroit, Tavern, and NY-style pies and handhelds from scratch. Follow recipes and portion standards. Keep a clean, organized station. Work closely with a tight-knit kitchen and front-of-house team.
What we're looking for: At least 2 years of line or prep experience. Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, genuinely excited about food. Available Wednesday Sunday.$16.50/hr + tip share (total compensation typically $23-27/hr)401K + Employee Discount
