Sushi Cook / Maki Chef Make sushi rolls and prepare sushi ingredients Assist sushi chefs during service Maintain a clean and organized sushi station Experienced sushi chefs start at $20 per hour High-volume casino restaurant cooks with strong knife skills may apply without sushi experience Sushi trainees start at $18 per hour with paid training need knife skills Fry cook / kitchen assistant Work the fryer station Assist with prep, plating, stocking, and general kitchen duties Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Starting pay is $14 Reliable, organized, and professional Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant
