Duties Prepare and cook a variety of meals and pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Assist with menu planning to introduce new flavors and seasonal specials Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen operations Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences Manage kitchen equipment, utensils, and ingredients efficiently to optimize workflow Skills Extensive culinary experience with a focus on pizza or American pub fare Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services Background in restaurant or kitchen environments within the food industry Excellent food service skills with the ability to serve guests promptly and professionally Familiarity with dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Join us as a Pizza Chef or Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
