Mashawi is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations at our Coon Rapids, Minnesota location. We are looking for a hands-on culinary leader with strong experience in kitchen management, recipe standardization, food cost control, team development, and high-volume restaurant operations. Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen and BOH operations Manage, train, and develop the kitchen team Maintain food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion standards Standardize recipes and kitchen procedures Monitor food cost, waste, inventory, and purchasing Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Work closely with the General Manager on restaurant performance Support kitchen systems and processes for future expansion Requirements Previous Executive Chef, Head Chef, or senior kitchen leadership experience Strong knowledge of food cost and inventory control Experience with Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, charcoal-grilled, or similar cuisine strongly preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Compensation:

$65,000-$75,000 per year + performance-based bonus
