Assistant Chef — Personal Chef Collective Personal Chef Collective is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Assistant Chef who can work independently and wants to grow with our company. This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, stays organized, works efficiently, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality food. You'll assist with weekly meal prep, private dinners, catering events, kitchen organization, packaging, and occasional deliveries. Ideal Candidate

• At least 10 years of restaurant experience
• Independent, dependable, and self-motivated
• Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable following recipes, prep lists, and portioning instructions
• Able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn, excel, and grow into a larger role within the company
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must provide your own knives, apron, and chef coats Schedule The schedule is largely flexible, with most shifts taking place Thursday through Monday during the day.

Some evenings will be required depending on private dinners and events.

Compensation Starting wage:

$20

• 25 per hour, based on experience and ability.
