Job Description
Global Team Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Sous Chef for a full-time opportunity in Pascagoula, Mississippi.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Hours:
7:00 AM-5:00PM Full-Time:
40 hours per weekOvertime:
May be availableOpportunity:
Position may be extended and could lead to permanent employmentWhat You'll Do:
- Assist with coordinating and leading daily food service operations
- Help oversee and provide direction to food service staff
- Work closely with management and other team members
- Support kitchen operations wherever needed
- Help maintain an efficient, organized, and cost-effective food service operation
Qualifications:
- Previous Sous Chef experience OR strong culinary leadership experience is required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations professionally
- Must be able to read, write, understand verbal instructions, and perform basic arithmetic
- Must complete required sanitation training
