What We're Looking For Sous Chef (1) Strong line skills and ability to lead by example Experience managing prep, pars, and ticket flow Calm under pressure (Friday night doesn't scare you) Eye for detail and pride in consistency Ability to support kitchen leadership and mentor line cooks Line Cooks (3) Solid knife skills Ability to work clean, organized, and fast Respect for systems and standards Team-first mindset Willingness to learn and improve What Matters Most You show up.
