Job Description
Hey there! Del Rossi's is on the lookout for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our awesome culinary team. If you have a love for cooking, a knack for creativity, and a desire to be part of a fun and family-like restaurant, we want to hear from you! As a Sous Chef at Del Rossi's, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, making our guests' dining experiences truly memorable. Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations before, during and after service
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience working in a fast paced dinner restaurant.
- Ability to work with prep staff to ensure correct prep amounts are maintained
- Ability to work well independently and also as part of a brigade
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
