PM Six Day Work Week Job Summary:
Following the Company Mission, Vision, Values and Service Priorities duties to include: providing an outstanding customer experience by creating and preparing hot entrees and side dishes for the hot bar and foods to go program, working the grill, slicing product for sandwiches, packing out and labeling product, rotating product, maintaining the olive bar, cleaning and closing of the department at the end of the night.
Essential Job Functions:
The essential job functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language. Ability to perform basic math skills. Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift. Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs., and occasionally lift 50 lbs. Ability to adhere to all local, state and federal health and civil code regulations. Ability to work with a wide variety of fresh, dried and/or processed products, spices and powdered substances without negative consequences. Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of dust and cleaning agents during routine housekeeping duties. Ability to work in varying temperatures Meet all work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.
Job Responsibilities :
The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Culinary/Chef certification required. Must have 3 to 5 years of culinary experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. A commitment to total associate and customer satisfaction. A friendly outgoing personality and high personal appearance standards. A demonstrated commitment to the company vision "To Be The Best." Maintain Department sanitation and QA standards and being able to operate a baler and compactor. Utilize and maintain equipment as required by department; report any equipment problems immediately. Dress according to company policy to include name uniform, badge, and hat or hair restraint. Comply with QA hand washing standards and use disposable gloves when handling food. Be knowledgeable in the company's HAZCOM program and adhere to manufacturer's label instructions for the safe and proper use of all chemical products. Perform other duties as assigned.
