Dash's Market is looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead our Prepared Foods and catering operations in Williamsville, NY. This is a key leadership position for a chef who loves great food, enjoys developing talented teams, and understands how to deliver exceptional quality in a fast paced, high volume environment.

What You'll Do:

Culinary Leadership Oversee culinary operations for prepared Foods and catering Develop fresh, creative, seasonal and customer -focused menus Create and standardize recipes, preparation methods, portion sizes and presentation standards Maintain consistently high standards for food quality, flavor, freshness and presentation Oversee high-volume catering production from planning through completion Team Leadership Lead, train, coach and motivate culinary and kitchen team members Foster a professional, respectful and team oriented kitchen culture Operations & Profitability Manage food costs, labor costs, inventory, purchasing and waste Plan production based on sales trends, customer demand, seasonality and catering volume Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Food Safety & Quality Maintain exceptional standards for sanitation, cleanliness and food safety Ensure compliance with health department regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of professional culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Previous experience as an Executive Chef, or Sous Chef Strong catering and large-volume production experience Proven experience with menu development and recipe creation Strong knowledge of food costs, labor management purchasing and inventory control Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Culinary degree or formal culinary training preferred, but not required Open availability Dash's Market offers many outstanding benefits: Health Care Benefits Vision & Dental options Paid Vacations 401K program Scholarship Program
