The Landmark Inn , an award-winning 11-room property in the heart of Cooperstown, is looking for a creative and motivated chef to take the lead in our kitchen. This is a hands-on role where you'll do a little bit of everything from serving gourmet breakfasts to designing seasonal dinners and special events. It's a rare opportunity for a cook or sous chef with a few years of experience who's ready to step up, grow, and make the kitchen their own. What You'll Do Create memorable breakfasts that set the tone for our guests' day. Help design and cook seasonal dinners, private events, and special menus. Work with local farms and producers to showcase the best of upstate New York. Run the day-to-day kitchen - from prep and plating to inventory and cleanliness. Bring creativity and care to everything you do, whether it's a fresh scone or a three-course meal. Who You Are 2-5 years of professional kitchen experience (line cook, sous chef, or similar). Hungry to grow your skills and take on more responsibility. Creative, flexible, and excited about thinking outside the box. Organized and dependable, with a strong sense of pride in your work. Passionate about food, design, and making every meal special for guests. What We Offer Flexible schedule, with mornings as the focus and select evening events.
