  • Receive, organize, and properly put away food and kitchen orders.
  • Pack, label, store, and organize food and prepared items appropriately.
  • Restock kitchen supplies and assist with maintaining food and beverage inventory.
  • Set up and break down the kitchen for daily meal preparation and service.
  • Maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including equipment, work surfaces, dishes, and storage areas.
  • Manage dishes following lunch and ensure all clean and dirty dishes are properly addressed and returned to their designated places before dinner service.
  • Assist with daily snack preparation as requested, typically consisting of one or two courses.
  • Prepare pastries and/or fruit for the children's daily afternoon snack.
