Job Description

Run all aspects of kitchen. Hire and fire. Control menus,all buying and inventory. This a busy restaurant open 6 days closed Sunday and holidays. I'm looking for a hands on chef someone that can work all stations not someone that wants to just give orders. Knowledge of Italian cooking and prepareing fish is a must. I've been here for 20 yrs a very well established restaurant. Restaurant was just recently remodeled
