Assistant Chef (21+) We are looking for someone who understands that no role is small. The kitchen runs because of the people behind the scenes who show up, stay sharp, and take ownership. Position Overview Dishwasher / Kitchen Support Must be 21 years of age or older Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and flow of all dishes, tools, and kitchen equipment Keep kitchen workstations organized, stocked, and ready Assist with basic prep and closing tasks Support light cooking during service under direction of the main chef Move with urgency during peak service What We Expect Reliability.
