previous recipes and meal plan provided but chefs can make changes as needed

Overview :

As a Chef with our team, you will have the ability to make people smile and improve the resident's quality of life by creating delicious meals that they will savor. We encourage our culinary team to use fresh ingredients, try new things, and make whatever it is they make best with our elderly residents in mind. You will be able to work in a state-of-the-art kitchen that is ready to prepare memorable dishes each day.

Responsibilities:

Cooking and serving full made to order breakfast for residents, following a menu for lunch and dinner, prepping, cooking, and serving. Use fresh and persishable goods to prepare meals for residents. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment. Provide recipe suggestions and cooking insights to the team. Follow infection control and sanitary guidelines. Work with our head chef that will also provide training and support. Make someone smile each day at work and join the Fountains team today!
