COOK / CHEF

Taste & Sea in Glen Mills is looking for an experienced Line Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team. This is not an entry-level position. Prior professional kitchen experience is required.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to quality and presentation
Experience working on a restaurant line
Strong knife, prep, and cooking skills
Experience grilling and sautéing prime cuts of steak, chops, pork, whole fish, shellfish, and seafood
Experience with classic stock production
A great work ethic and dependability
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Must be available nights, weekends, and select holidays
