Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Chef to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes and assisting with meal preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior experience in food service, kitchen operations, or the food industry is highly valued. Responsibilities Prepare and cook items according to menu specifications and recipes Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met Support catering events or special functions as needed Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or staff as required Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or food service setting Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
