Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene throughout all food handling and preparation processes. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated according to safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate meal preparation and delivery during busy service hours. High output kitchen, so teamwork is imperative. Uphold the restaurant's reputation by delivering excellent food service and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications Proven experience in sushi preparation, fine dining, or related culinary fields. Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling and food safety protocols. Background in the food industry with restaurant experience. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
