Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and update menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently. Lead kitchen staff, train team members, and help maintain a positive work environment. Oversee inventory, food ordering, and cost control. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards. Ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal service. Qualifications Proven experience in a professional kitchen with strong culinary skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and train kitchen team members. Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and kitchen protocols. Creative menu planning and a passion for quality food. Excellent organization and communication skills.
