Job Description

Mimmo's in Essex Pizzeria & Restaurant is seeking to hire a Pizza Chef.

MUST LIVE LOCALLY TO APPLY.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and planning of orders. Ensure that pizza activities operate in a timely manner. Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies. Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks, including line cooking, food preparation. Implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.

Requirements :

MUST LIVE LOCALLY.

You possess a good attitude. 1 to 2 years cooking on a line/ or making hand-tossed pizza. Work well with great people. Go the extra mile to help the team and guests. Always on time. Work clean. Take initiative. Great sense of urgency. Follow directions. Good personal image. Great communication skills. Dependable transportation.
