We ve come a long way fast. The menu is ambitious, the kitchen is well equipped, the crew is solid, and we've got great relationships with our purveyors & guests.

You ll be taking over from a chef who has helped build something pretty epic here. There s a real foundation in place

• now we need someone who can take ownership of it, tighten the operation, and keep pushing the kitchen forward.

This is a hands-on role. You ll be cooking, leading service, managing the BOH team, staying on top of prep, ordering, inventory, labor and food cost, and helping us build better systems as we grow.

You ll work directly with ownership on the food and the direction of the kitchen & restaurant.

We re open to an experienced Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine, an Executive Sous, or a strong Sous Chef who s ready to take the next step.

What matters most to us is that you can lead people, stay organized, follow through, and keep the kitchen running at a high level.$82k-90k/year DOE
