Title:

Chef Manager | Ready to Lead a Culinary Team? Do you like to put smiles on people's faces? Do you enjoy providing great meals to patients and guests? Do you enjoy mentoring others? This is the opportunity for you! Be a Chef Manager for one of the largest healthcare companies in Wyoming! This Chef Manager will oversee daily kitchen and dining operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, purchasing, inventory, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. The role works closely with the Dietitian, Administrator, nursing staff, and residents to ensure meals meet individual dietary requirements and the facility's quality standards.

Additional responsibilities:

Manage a 23-person nutrition team Oversee bistro and culinary operations Responsible for team management, regulatory compliance and audits Must have a true culinary background and be able to train/mentor employees on cooking techniques CDM required ServSafe Manager required Healthcare/LTC experience strongly preferred Looking for someone who can commit 18-24+ months Strong mentorship and opportunity for career growth We're growing quickly, and we're looking for someone who wants to take ownership, make an impact, and grow with us.
