•20.50 per hour About the Opportunity Quantum Care Place of El Dorado Hills is seeking a warm, organized Front Desk Concierge to serve as an initial point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and callers. Responsibilities Answer phones promptly and professionally, greet visitors warmly, and provide clear information. Take and deliver accurate messages and sort and distribute resident mail and packages. Maintain the visitor sign-in process and support a welcoming, orderly lobby and guest-bathroom area. Communicate resident and family concerns to the Administrator or appropriate department leader. Support meal service, resident escorts to and from dining, guest-meal transactions, and other community needs as assigned. Provide tours and information to prospective residents when the Administrator or Marketing Director is unavailable. Protect resident privacy and handle health, family, and other sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications Friendly, professional communication and customer-service skills. Ability to prioritize phones, visitors, resident needs, and administrative tasks in a busy environment. Strong follow-through, organization, punctuality, and regular attendance. Ability to maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front-desk area. Comfort working with older adults, families, visitors, and a multidisciplinary team.
