We're seeking a highly organized and client-focused Patient Concierge can oversee daily spa operations, elevate client experiences, and actively contribute to our brand growth— where collaboration, communication, and community are at the heart of everything we do. Enclave Med Spa is seeking a Patient Concierge to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience, managing daily operations, and supporting both business growth and community connection. Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Daily Operations Manage and optimize daily appointment scheduling using our practice management platform Ensure seamless patient flow, provider communication, and operational efficiency Client Coordination & Communication Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering concierge-level service Follow up with new inquiries and existing clients to encourage treatment conversions Handle phone, SMS, and email communication with professionalism and warmth Lead Generation, Conversion & Marketing Support Work closely with the marketing team to ensure leads are captured, nurtured, and converted Demonstrate a high level of comfort in calling leads, building relationships, and adding them into the pipeline for follow-up and conversion Track, measure, and report key KPIs related to new leads, consultations, and conversions Support promotional campaigns, community events, and marketing initiatives Inventory & Supply Management Monitor skincare and medical supply inventory levels Coordinate ordering, receiving, and restocking of products Social Media & Community Engagem ent Assist with social media content creation, copywriting, and engagement to reflect Enclave's luxury brand voice Strengthen connections through online community engagement and in-spa interactions Oversee appointment scheduling and daily spa operations Serve as the first point of contact, delivering concierge-level client service Follow up with leads, make calls, and place them into the pipeline for conversion Track and report KPIs related to consultations, conversions, and client retention Assist with social media content, copywriting, and client engagement Partner with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and promotions Build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion and community outreach Maintain inventory and coordinate supply orders What We're Looking For 2+ years in customer service and/or hospitality (luxury or wellness preferred) Be a good human with exceptional integrity Med spa or aesthetics industry experience is an advantage, but not required Comfortable calling leads and driving them toward consultation bookings Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative, team-player mindset Familiar with CRM/scheduling systems Social media savvy and excited to contribute to brand growth Most importantly: a willingness to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution to our clients and community Why Join Us?
